These Terms of Reference set out a practical framework for the organization and operation of WiN Transport.
As WiN Transport is a volunteer-led initiative, the intent of this document is to provide clarity without creating unnecessary administrative burden. The group shall operate with flexibility, pragmatism, and proportionality, and these Terms of Reference may be reviewed and updated as needed based on experience and lessons learned.
