The 2026 conference programme will combine technical transport sessions with workshops on leadership, skills, and workforce resilience.
WiN Transport will host a dedicated programme at WNTC Singapore, bringing workforce and leadership questions into the heart of the technical conference. Sessions will explore how organisations retain specialist knowledge, prepare emerging leaders, and create operational cultures where people can raise concerns early.
The agenda includes an interactive career forum, a mentoring breakfast, and a panel featuring professionals from maritime, road, rail, regulatory, and packaging backgrounds. Delegates will leave with practical actions they can adapt inside their own teams rather than a list of abstract commitments.
Technical excellence depends on capable people who are supported to speak, learn, and lead.
