Three interactive workshops will examine how everyday leadership behaviours influence reporting, learning, and operational confidence.
A new virtual workshop series will explore the human side of safety culture in transport organisations. Participants will work through realistic scenarios involving schedule pressure, unclear handovers, contractor interfaces, and junior staff who notice a concern but are unsure how it will be received.
Each session combines a short expert introduction with facilitated group work. The emphasis is on practical behaviours: asking better questions, responding constructively when someone raises an issue, and closing the feedback loop so people know their contribution mattered. A final session will help teams translate the discussion into a small number of measurable commitments.
