WiN Transport is launching a regulatory dialogue series built around practical themes rather than formal presentations. Each session will begin with a short explanation of regulatory purpose before moving into anonymised scenarios submitted by participants.
The format is designed to help people distinguish between a requirement, an organisational convention, and a local assumption. Regulators will gain insight into where guidance is interpreted inconsistently, while practitioners will have a constructive setting in which to test their understanding. Summaries will capture general learning without attributing individual comments.
Good dialogue makes both the requirement and the operational challenge easier to understand.
