The webinar will introduce the operational, technical, and planning roles that support safe radioactive material movements by rail.
WiN Transport will host a careers webinar focused on the people who plan, approve, coordinate, and operate specialist rail movements. Speakers will explain how route assessment, wagon engineering, terminal operations, control centres, and stakeholder communication fit together.
The event is intended for students, career changers, and professionals considering a move into a transport specialism. Alongside role descriptions, speakers will discuss the skills that transfer from other sectors and the training available after joining. A live question session will address both technical career routes and the realities of shift-based operational work.
