The next WiN Transport mentoring cohort will connect professionals across organisations, disciplines, and countries for a six-month programme. Participants will agree clear development goals at the outset and receive conversation guides that help turn monthly meetings into focused, useful exchanges.
The programme welcomes operational specialists, engineers, communicators, researchers, regulators, and project leaders. Mentors do not need to have all the answers; they need the curiosity to listen, share relevant experience, and help another person examine the choices ahead. Mentees are invited to bring a real professional objective they are ready to work on.
Mentoring works best when both people arrive ready to ask honest questions and learn from a different perspective.
