First international mentoring cohort celebrates its graduation

Participants completed six months of structured mentoring with new professional goals, broader networks, and lessons for the next cohort.

Progress built through consistent conversation

The first international WiN Transport mentoring cohort has completed its six-month programme. Pairs worked on goals ranging from technical confidence and stakeholder communication to career transitions and preparation for leadership responsibilities.

At the closing session, participants reflected that regularity mattered more than perfect advice. Scheduled conversations created time to examine decisions that might otherwise have been postponed. Feedback from the cohort will shape revised matching questions, additional resources for mentors, and optional peer circles for the next intake.

The programme gave participants protected time to think about their work with someone who brought a different perspective.
