WiN Transport has launched an Asia-Pacific network to create stronger links between professionals working across a geographically diverse transport landscape. The first phase will consist of listening sessions with operators, regulators, researchers, and early-career practitioners in the region.
Rather than importing a fixed programme, the network will use those conversations to identify shared priorities and areas where local approaches differ. Initial themes include access to training, cross-border professional networks, maritime career pathways, and support for people working in small specialist teams.
Regional leadership means starting with local experience and building the programme from what people tell us they need.
